Yesterday June ended. This year is being an absolute whirlwind. In six months I’ve written an enormous amount of words, I’ve submitted two stories to a couple of literary contests (small ones, mind you), I’m preparing the publication of the two volumes of my anthology of erotic stories «Echoes of Midnight»…
I’ve embarked on other projects, in that other part of my life that remains separate from this other half. Those walk down a different path.
The good news is that I haven’t run out of ideas. In fact, I’ve already started writing notes for my next two stories. One of them will be in novel format, and will close out the story of a character who was born for the first volume of the anthology and continued having adventures in the second volume. Their journey deserves a grand conclusion.
The other story will have a format similar to those that make up the two volumes of the anthology: a story of undetermined length at this point, but that should be around 20,000 words. Of course, if the story demands it, it could be more… or less — who knows?
I would love to keep writing erotic mini-stories here on the blog, though for now that won’t be possible. The day only has so many hours…
The good news is that, finally, after several delays, the publication of the first volume of the anthology is about to go up for pre-order. More news in a few days!
